Returns and Exchanges

• Accessories (e.g., keychains, lanyards, pouches, tote bags): Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and only if the item was severely damaged during transport. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) must be provided. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

• Quilted Items (e.g., bed quilts, wall hangings, home décor): Due to the unique and heirloom nature of these pieces, returns are not accepted. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Payment and Cancellations

• Payments are processed securely through our website. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as outlined at checkout.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not permitted due to the handmade nature of our products.
